Loren Adamesem Allis was a Seketese soldier, politician, revolutionary, and statesman who served as the president of Seketan from 1924 to 1960. Accredited with leading the republican Kjedorate faction during the Seketese Civil War and governing Seketan during the Nelborne War, Allis is widely considered to be one of the most important and influential Seketese figures of the 20th century. He is often celebrated as the Father of the Republic.
Loren Adamesem Allis was a Seketese statesman who served as the longest-serving President of Seketan from 25 October 1924 until his death on 11 December 1960.

Allis as a conscript served for the Nelbec Imperial Army from 1910 to 1912. In the years leading up to World War I, Allis became a member of the Seketese Liberty Party, supporting an independent Seketan from the Nelbec Empire. Allis garnered popularity in the party due to his outspoken nature and became leader of the party in 1913 after the death of party founder Dann Kjedor. The Seketese Liberty Party won a majority government in the 1914 Hervynsken election but halted calls for independence due to the Nelborne Front of World War I. Shortly after the Sosymet Party declared Seketan independent, the Hervynsken passed its own declaration of independence with Allis as president. Allis led the Kjedorates in the Seketese War of Independence, fighting alongside Sosymet nationalist faction, but eventually fighting against them over control of Seketan once Seketan was recognized as independent. Allis helped lead the Kjedorates to win the Seketese Civil War and gain international recognition for the Second Seketese Republic.
Advocating for the independence of Seketan from the Nelbec Empire, Allis led the Kjedorate Party to electoral success in the 1914 Seketese parliamentary election, later forming the Military-Civilian Council following the outbreak of World War I in the Nelborne. Following a revolution and civil war, Allis emerged as the founding president of the Second Seketese Republic. Allis presided over the post-war prosperity of Seketan before he died in office, succeeded by his final prime minister Etyjen Pesan.

Upon setting up the Seketese Republic, Allis began consolidating power around his presidential office by establishing a strong presidential system.  He successfully lead Seketan through the Nelbonre War after Alquiyan troops invaded the Rynaden peninsula. With the conclusion of the war in 1945, Allis rewrote the Seketese Consitution in 1945 abolishing its federal system with Wilskland in favour of a unitary state, as well as abolishing direct elections for the presidency. Allis would continue to hold the office of Seketan until his death in 1960.

Allis was widely criticized for allowing and possibly unofficially contributing to the many atrocities that occurred under his leadership during the Civil war and his Presidency. Today his legacy is complex in Seketan. Mainstream political opinions of him view him as the "Father of the Republic" and a trusted hand to lead Seketan into the 20th century. Other voices criticize his authoritarian leadership and nationalist presidency, a particularly vocal opinion among Fjeskans and Trjebians. His name is memorialized by several airports, major roads, and buildings across Seketan.

Allis's ancestry can be traced back to Þedor Allis, a seasonal farmer and fisherman from Tjoder, Ellinesa, who died in the year 1629. Other blood heritage comes from a wide variety of rural communities in northern Seketan. Allis's grandfather, Fjedr Allis, first settled in Conelibek with his wife and family in the early 19th century. The Allis family since then has resided in Conelibek.

Loren Adamesem Allis was a Seketese statesman who served as the longest-serving President of Seketan from 25 October 1924 until his death on 11 December 1960.

Disputes with Alquiya led to the Nelborne War whose negociated end preserved the territorial integrity of Seketan. Allis founded in the Third Seketese Republic in response to the Wilsk representation movement. Allis presided over the post-war prosperity of Seketan before he died in office, succeeded by his final prime minister Etyjen Pesan.

Allis's leadership of Seketan has had an enduring legacy on the Republic of Seketan. He led Seketan as an illiberal dominant-party democracy, developing a cult of personality. A staunch anti-communist, Allis established friendly relations with the West, especially France, but was criticized by some for his anti-democratic leadership. Celebrated as the father of the republic, he is also criticized for his role in endemic corruption within the Kjedorate regime. The reevaluation of his legacy is discussed in modern Seketese politics.
