Operation Inevitable was the codename for the Battle of Eastern Quenmin, the second allied operation that launched the successful invasion of Quenmin; the first being Operation Arbiter in Western Quenmin. A 1,200 plane Airbourne landing preceded an amphibious landing involving more than 5,000 vessels. Nearly 250,000 troops crossed the Sea of Quenmin and more than two million troops were in Quenmin by the end of March.

The Allied landings took place on 6 beaches. They were divided to different participating Allies. The Lucian, Nihhonese, and Free Quenminese forces landed on Doc Let Beach and Nha Trang Beach, the ZANAC forces landed on Mui Beach, the Rubrumian and Gallian forces and commandos landed on Bai Bien Ngao Beach, the Estharians, Dalmascans, and Galbadian forces landed on Anbang Beach and Star Beach.

By 30 March, the Allies had secured more than 30km of beachhead. The first Free Quenminese was established at Bai Bien Ngao. The Quenminese counterattacked but failed, causing 175,000 Quenminese and 70,000 Archadian troops to be trapped at the Cà Ria Pocket.
