At a young age, Louise was taught Gariman by her mother, whom was adamant on ensuring her children could fluently converse in their ancestral language, according to family friends. Though born in Latium, Louise was set to begin her schooling in Loweport, Arthurista but relocated to Castellum ab Alba after her mother's death in 1986. She attended Lyceum Sanctus Michaelis, in Castellum ab Alba for her primary and secondary schooling. She intended to attend university after secondary school, though did not attend university until 2003 when she enrolled at Castellum College, Castellum. She graduated in 2006 with degrees in international management and business.

In 2006, she created Köstritz Services, which focused on growing women's rights, and primarily with aiding women entering politics and equal pay. In 2007, she formed The Duchess of Köstritz Foundation to support woman who were victims of domestic violence. She is no longer active in her business or charity, though serves on the board of directors for each and collects income from Kostritz Services.

Reign as Duchess
Regency
Louise became heir presumptive to the Gariman Duchy of Kostritz following the death of her mother in an automobile accident in Yisrael. Upon her succession in 1986, Louise became the youngest and only the second female ruler of Kostritz. Her rule was placed under the regency of her aunt, Alberta of Kostritz from 1986 until Louise's 16th birthday in 1998. Louise had only visited Kostritz once before in 1983, and made her first visit as Duchess in December 1986 to an opening of the Ducal Parliament. She has since attended every opening of Parliament since.

During her regency, Louise was educated in Latium and lived with her father. However, she was also under the care of her uncle Frederick of Rahdenburg, with whom was charged with her care by her regent. Her regency was defined by expanded powers in the state legislature, though Louise visited Kostritz regularly and as she grew older became more vocal in her role.
In 2006, she created Kostritz Services, which focused on growing women's rights, and primarily with aiding women entering politics and equal pay. In 2007, she formed The Duchess of Kostritz Foundation to support woman who were victims of domestic violence. She is no longer active in her business or charity, though serves on the board of directors for each and collects income from Kostritz Services.

Louise of Rahdenburg (Louise Marie Johanna Sophie; b. 3 May 1982) is a Latin-born, Gariman noblewoman and Princess of Schaumberg from the House of Rahdenburg.

She is the eldest child of Louis Ferdinand I of Schaumberg and his first wife Marie of Kostritz. Her paternal great-great grandparents are Henry III, Elector of Rahdenburg and Princess Diana of Latium. In 2010, Louise married Prince Riordan of Roazhon, heir to the Duchy of Roazhon in Gelonia – they have seven children.

Louise is a graduate of Castellum College, Castellum and businesswoman, having founded Kostritz Services in 2006. She is patron and founder of numerous charities including The Kostritz Foundation. Since her marriage to Prince Riordan of Roazhon, Louise has become involved in Gelonian-based charities.

Early life

Louise Marie Johanna Sophie was born on 3 May 1982, in Adrianople, Latium, as the eldest child and daughter of Louis Ferdinand of Rahdenburg and his first wife Marie, Duchess of Kostritz. She was baptized into the Fabrian Church in June 1982, at the Yarden River, near Hamrun, Hayan, Sydalon. Her godparents are then Jason, Prince of Youth (her father's third cousin), and then Alberta of Kostritz (her mother's sister). Louise was primarily raised in Latium due to her prohibition of her family's entry into Garima, due to the Rahdenburg Revolt in 1918.

She attended Lyceum Sanctus Michaelis, in Castellum ab Alba for her primary, and later Caelimontium Sancta Sophia for secondary school. She intended to attend university after secondary school, though did not attend university until 2003 when she enrolled at Castellum College, Castellum. She graduated in 2006 with degrees in international management and business.

Marriage to Prince Riordan of Roazhon

On 2 August 2009, the Duchy of Kostritz announced the engagement of Louise and Prince Riordan of Roazhon, younger brother of King Arthur XI of Gelonia. Louise and Prince Riordan first met as children, during the reign of Riordan's maternal grandfather, King Peter I of Garima, on Louise's first visit to royal court in Hauptburg. There was no period of announced courtship, though in summer 2010 the pair was photographed together during the Festival of the Lights, in Alier, Turenne.

They were married on 7 December 2009, at St George Cathedral, in Kostritz, in a ceremony attended by representatives from Belisarian royalty and local nobility. According to local law, they were married in a civil ceremony the following day at the Superior Court of Kostritz. The religious ceremony, and subsequent procession were televised by local Kostritan and Gelonian broadcasters.

She and Riordan have six children: Princess Aven (b. 2 March 2010), Prince George (b. 20 February 2012), Prince Peter (b. 9 March 2015); Prince Lothair (4 April 2017); and Princess Marie (b. 31 January 2021).
