Suhaib el-Dar Moussa (born 27 June 1958) is a Zalluabedi former-military commander of the Royal Zalluabed Army.

El-Dar Moussa was one of the architects of the 2023 Zalluabed coup which ousted Husani Antar from power. Following the coup and the outbreak of a civil war, el-Dar Moussa moved his forces into Qahaza and Gan provinces to oust rebels from cities like Kubani, Qahul, Tuyanda, and Abu Manqir, with often brutal tactics which resulted in large civilian casualties. On November 26th, 2023, el-Dar Moussa's Kubani Unit operating out of Kubani carried out a large-scale drone attack against Albarinean and Emmirian ports, as well as ships in the Tarijar Strait. In response, the Zakaraban-centered government under interim-President Jirhanu Bjyala stripped el-Dar Moussa of his military authority, while WEDA and the ANS built up their military forces in the Emmiria Sea. In June 2019, el-Dar Moussa was blacklisted by the Zamastanian government, with then-President Anya Bishop aiming to freeze the assets of proliferators of Zalluabed's nuclear program.
