Gatovita is the capital city of Vitosium. Founded in 1848 as Colburn, and incorporated as Gatovita in 1886, the city has evolved into the political centre of Vitosium. Additionally, Gatovita has the most educated population among Vitosian cities.
City Districts
The city is split up into many districts.
Gallaporta District
This is known as Gatovita's shopping district.
Lamorni District
This is one of Gatovita's five residential districts. This one in particular houses the smaller shopping area known as "Coppio Market".
Limelight City
This is where the many film and TV studios are. A notable TV studio found here is Noble.
Marianta District
This district holds the parliament buildings, including Eligona Towers, as well as the museums. This is a very popular tourist spot for those wanting to know the history of the country.
Radiato District
This district holds many unique bars and restaurants.

Amongst the city's national museums and galleries is the Palacino House, which was the first city hall erected in 1848. There is also the National Gallery of Vitosium, which opened up in 1941. The city is also home to The Vitosium Agriculture Museum, the Vitosium War Memoriam Museum and the Parderosa Theater.
