The Empire of Senria was a monarchy which existed, in varying forms with varying degrees of central control, for at least 1,500 years until the abolition of the Senrian monarchy in 1923 at the end of the Senrian Revolution. The empire usually de jure encompassed the Senrian archipelago; at the time of its abolition, it encompassed most of the territories encompassed by the modern Senrian Republic, excluding the Isotama and Sunahama islands and the city of Sakata.
