It is a highly sought after commodity and very regularly traded amongst all Seibaan people, but it is limited to anyone over the age of 7. There is no legality surrounding alcohol.
 Russtania 18 18 Only individuals over the age of eighteen may be allowed to consume alcohol. Although substance abuse is very rare, Russtania maintains its strict rules to prevent addictions.
