  1. Ostrovian law does not actually forbid abortions. Abortion services are not offered on the Ostrovian health service purely due to lack of demand. There is one private clinic on the island but they do not offer abortions either.
  2. Under the Federal Constitution, citizens who cannot raise children due to socio-economic factor will hand over their child to the Government under the system known as the "prodigy Progeny", children who disowned or are orphan are then gathered by the Government and hand over to the Federation's Military Academies. The Academy teaches and train these children in the Federation's principles and belief, these children are indoctrinated from an early age and would become some of the greatest statemens or military officers of the Federation.
  3. All abortions in the Domain, whenever they are legal at all, must be approved by an official. When the mother's life is claimed to be threatened, the claim is investigated immediately, and such cases are put at the top of the priority over other cases. In societies such as that of the Hawk and Lion men, it is commonly illegal in most cases except in which it threatens the life of the mother. Among the Golden People, they tend to have far more freedom, able to get rid of their offspring even after bringing them into the world.
