Central Seketan, colloquially the centre region or lake region, is the most populous area in Seketan. Its official designation by the Government of Seketan includes 11 municipalities, although the term generally extends to include the broader region surrounding Lake Seketan. It covers most of the country's urbanized areas, including Seketan's first-, second-, and third-largest cities.
