- Signed the 2018 Patient's Rights Act, an update to an already existing act brought about by former PM John Savori Jr., which states that all persons have the right to participate in the assessment of their medical needs, the development of their treatment plans and to receive information concerning their condition and treatment. The act asserts that medical professionals must be able to provide these services without undue government interference in the doctor/patient relationship, as well as further asserting that patients have the right to expect confidential treatment of all communications and records relating to their care
