Joghen (Seketese: Yoghen; Trjebian: Joghen), officially the City of Joghen (Seketese: Vilaly á Yoghen; Trjebian: Szebardherm Joghen) is a Trjebian city the Seketese province of Bynan. Located on the Treb Basin leading to the Treb Bay, the municipality is the largest Trjebian majority city in Seketan. With a population of 90,281, it is the 3rd largest district in Bynan and the 19th largest in Seketan.

Historically tied to the Joghen clan of Trjebia, the city is one of three districts in Seketan (alongside Drejjen and the district of Joghen) where Trjebian is an official language.
