The Seketese Prime Minister is the Head and Chief Executive of the Seketese Government, and the leader of the Seketese cabinet. By the nature of Seketese parliamentary democracy, they are also the most important figure in the legislative system. The position was created in 1978 after the 1978 Seketese Revolution when Seketan transitioned from a presidential to a parliamentary republic. Prior to 1978, the office did not exist, as it's executive powers were with the President of Seketan and its legislative powers with the Leader of the Hérvynsken.

The current Prime Minister is Simy Brasa, since 2021.
