Bruno Alesto Bianco Saivas is a Vitosian politician served as the very first prime minister of Vitosium following the 1811 Revolt. He was also one of four people who wrote the Vitosium Constitution.

Bruno was born in the small village of Corta, which had a population of 180 people.
