Rudolph Raymond is a Vitosian politician who has served as the 17th prime minister of Vitosium. He is known for his initial poor handling of Jyau and Nancaya's desire for secession before conceding. While he was also known for his sarcastic humour, many couldn't overlook the last two years and he was not re-elected for a second term.
