The Leviathan State of Tooele

The Leviathan State of Tooele is State of the Leviathan Federation. and not a fully independant Nation. Tooele is home to 10,000,000 people of verious species. but prodominatly human. Tooele was founded in 1601 R.A. (2301 A.D.) they arrived on a Colonyship but unfortunatly doto a engine Malfunction they didn't arrive at the right solar system. but the state is still established. Whilliam B Leviathan was on the trip so that means the VP is incharge for a bit longer than intended.

While the colony has a small force. and the Leviathan Federation has strict policy agenst going to war offensive. The Leviathan Federation mandates having powerfull weapons. specially where it doenst have a massive active force in comparsion to other country do to having a 100% volinteer army. it was originally planned to only have 2 Class 1 Leviathans acommpany but it was ordered by the VP that Odin one of 15 class 10 in the arsinall of the LF Military. company the group. the Leviathan Class ships are the biggest most advanced ships in service of the navy the class 10s are the only ships with Surface to Space missiles often confused for ICBMs but though the Odin has those as to.

Prehistory

The Leviathan State of Tooele formally known as the Leviathan Federation. Got its start as the Leviathan Foundation a company founded in 2037 which was a robotics company which would become renowned for the invention of the robotic pets MSO/NSO. which where invented by Wilhelm B. Leviathan the Current though he was a more energetic funny person a far cry the man people know as the President of the Federation who is Serious and focused. an old recording of him Calling the MSOs and NSOs "the greatest creation he would ever create". as they bring joy to the world. Many have asked him why he changed. the replys they got

"The MSO and NSOs where my chance to bring joy to the earth. but it was time i toke on my hardest journey assuming the reponsablity of a nation to protect its people and there freedoms till the end of my time or the end of time its self. its the reason why prosued life extending technology. because while i do not fear death and would embrace it when the time comes. I fear leaving and not acomplishing everything i wished to accompish or at the very least trying to accomplish thing i wish to. and one of those things is to insure that people have good lives."

50 years Before the World Revoltion in 2239 when the foundation evidence of most the countries being infiltrated by the UPRC United Peoples Republics of China. the company chose to go dark.and in 2186 publicly dispanded and liquidated all of its assessts While maintaining all of its off world assessts. so the foundation could gather its strength to liberate the earth. This is the Day the Leviathan Foundation became the Leviathan Federation but would not officially become a nation till 2276 when the Constitution Of The Leviathan Federation was written into law. the federation chose the date July 4th 2276 to sign the Constitution to be inline with the birth of the united state the mothernation of the Leviathan Federation with the US constitution serving as a base for the leviathan constitution

Wilhelm also decided to attend the Galactic Summit. to begin early with deplomacy. with support from a few major species which the company has had prior dealings. and even a couple empires that that the company didn't know. garnering a few trade agrements and tech extange(mainly because of Primtive tech geeks) for what was considered very outdated star frigates.

and Few years to plan the invasion. with the goal to take the earth with as little loss of life as possible. and the first step was to disable the UPRC's Nuclear arsinal Starting with its nukes. spacificly with the ICBM launchers which would be the first thing targeted by Orbital Strike Craft. with the Gansu Nuclear Silo being hit by a 20ft Depleted Uranium Rod. Obliterating the facilty. as well as the many artificial Islands under Chinas control in unision to the landings in north america, Europe, and Africa with the Old Leviathan Foundation Factories serving as landing points. North america would be the first to fall in 2241 and south america the fallowing year. many of the people welcoming the Federation with open arms. afria fail in 2245 it being harder as it was more defended than the americas. and troops would set foot in paris in 2246. Progess would slow to a halt in 2247 as the PLA was pushed back to berlin. The invasion was halted to wait for spring to avoid fighting in russia during the winter. thing that had Stopped both Napoleon and hitler in there tracks. but the frigates would maintain there bombard ment to keep the PLA constantly Scrambling. While Chinas airforce was being obliterated by more advanced Starfighters which had better manuverability and speed than the Fighterjets they used. Chinas biggest blow would be a hit to the Lunar Residental Sector mistaking it for a military Facility. which enraged the Federation which retailiated with a early Barbarossa and German like Blitzkrieg tactic with many civilians taking part with what weapons the did have. with the Chinese aperently not paying any mind to history. the borders looking simular to germanys in 1936 but only it was harder for the PLA because a Second Front in the middle east would. and for the first time in history a nation would have successfully captured the kremlin in 2248. With the Disaster of the war in the west for china Japan and taiwan would Rebel with the support of the federation with the beginning of the invasion of mainland China to commens in the 4th quarter of 2248. by this point chinas government was hiding in bunkers and PLA was recording vast amounts of defectors many would fight for the federation. and Bejing was deserted. so in a quick desicion to end it by cutting of the head of the snake. a rod from god struck the Forbidden City on October 17th 2250 at approxamently at 10:37 PM spelling the end of the reign of the communist monstrosity. and the beginning of the reign of the Leviathan.

it was decided a 20 year grace period. to rebuild the cities which as suffered so much as well as to tend to the wounded. and morn the lost. a redrawing of borders. and the 2080 election bringing in the first and Current Administration with many people deciding that Whilhelm already proved himself capable by leading the invasion and winning. as well as making good on his promisses. while there would be party that would take his place he would always be back because the president was unfavorable. with very few winning a second term.
