University of North Conelibek (UáNC) (Seketese: Université á Nord-Conelibek) (French:Université de Nord Conelibek) is a primarily Seketese language public research univeristy located in North Conelibek, Seketan. Originally founded in 1892 as the Royal College by the Hérvynsken as a protestant vocational school, it has grown to be one of Seketans most prestigious and historied post-secondary institutions. Since 1946, the university has reformed itself into a secular institution in 1950 and changed its name in 1951 to its current title.

UáNC is spread out amongst 3 campuses across the Greater Conelibek Area. Its main campus makes up a large part of downtown North Conelibek, situated on Lake Seketan, with a secondary campus in downtown Skensan and a tertiary campus in the Sjobalaz neighbourhood of North Conelibek. With lessons offered in French, it is one of three non-Wilsk universities in Seketan chartered to offer studies in languages other than Seketese, with the others being Unversity of Bynan-Zynybec (Trjebian) and Univeristy of Loria (Fjeskan).

UáNC offers degrees, diplomas, and doctorates in over 250 fields of study, with the highest entering grades of any Seketese university. Most students are enrolled in the five largest faculties: Arts, Science, Medicine, Education, and Law. The university is also accredited with the Seketese Armed Forces for training officers. Since 1985 it has routinely traded the top spot for a Sekna's university review with Syma Gjoske University in Sjon.

UáNC alumni include 4 Prime Ministers of Seketan, 3 Presidents of Seketan (including the current, Fyedor Alesk), and 39 current MH's, alongside the current Prime Minister of Trjebia.
