Eidan Montserat Détora NA (born 23 May 1961) is a Carlosian diplomat, politician and Army veteran. Following his retirement from military service, he was appointed Ambassador to South Oceanica, serving from 1 March 2011 to 27 May 2014. He then served as Carloso's representative to the International Freedom Alliance (IFA) and its successor, the International Freedom Coalition (IFC) from 2014 to 2016. After Carloso's departure from the IFC due to internal conflict between the leadership and members of the organisation, he was involved in negotiations leading up to Carloso's admittance to the Santiago Anti-Communist Treaty Organisation (SACTO). He was then appointed as Ambassador to New Edom on 8 November 2017, serving until 6 January 2020. At the 2020 general election he was elected as a National Assemblyman for Ebon. He was then appointed Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
