Marindra, officially the Province of Marindra is a land-locked province of Carloso. Located in the mid-west of the country, as of the 2017 census it had a population of 16,087,030. To the west it borders Mercurea and Arascay, Sirune and Cartalusia to the north, Viruna and Valender to the east, and Menerissa to the south. With a landscape defined by rolling hills, pastures and forests, Marindra is a major agricultural region of Carloso, producing a large portion of its dairy and beef. The mountainous and hilly north-east of the province is a major area for sheep farming. The capital of Mostolt is a major metropolitan centre of industry and culture, including the prestigious University of Mostolt.
