Toro, officially the Province of Toro is a province of Carloso. Located in the north-west of the country, as of the 2017 census it had a population of 18,453,793. It borders the Musgorocian Ocean to the west, Colusia to the north and east and Sirune to the south. While it is the smallest of Carloso's mainland provinces, it is among the most densely populated, with its capital, also called Toro, being the largest city in the north-west of Carloso. Heavily urbanised, the province is a major economic and cultural centre.
