Madrigal, officially the Province of Madrigal (Carlosian: Provincia da Madrigal), is a province of Carloso. It is located in the mid-east of the country, bordering Valender to the north and Madrigal Bay to the south. Heavily urbanised, it is the most populous and most densely populated of Carloso's provinces. It is organised into four circuits, including Madrigal, the capital city of Carloso, as well as Mostoja, Sebander and Tolesa. Besides serving as Carloso's capital, the Provincial Council and Provincial Assembly are based in Madrigal circuit, while the High Court of Madrigal sits in Tolesa. By area, it is the fourth smallest of Carloso's provinces, and the third smallest mainland province. Synonymous with the Madrigalian Peninsula, the dominant geographical feature is the Jefté River, which flows southwards from the Mirasol Mountains in Cartalusia, bisecting the province and entering Madrigal Bay. The landscape is largely flat and heavily urbanised, historically having been composed of a mixture of forests and grasslands that were nourished in the alluvial plain of the Jefté. Examples of this landscape are preserved in the less densely populated areas in the north of the province, as well as the green belt surrounding Madrigal circuit. Limited agricultural development straddles the border with Valender, having largely gave way to the rapid growth of residential and industrial areas since the massive economic and population growth of the 19th and early 20th centuries.

Since the 16th century, Madrigal has been a major economic, cultural and political centre, containing many of the oldest cities and towns of Carloso.
