Rostva (pronounced /ˈrɔstva/) is a port city and the second most populous city in Luepola. It is situated on the east coast of Luepola in the state of Jutska, and houses the largest and busiest port and dockyard facilities in Luepola, and the largest on Patyria's east coast.
