The Incident at Dat Chim Se was a friendly fire incident that occurred at the vicinity of Dat Chim Se during Operation Minh Thanh, in which intelligence errors miscommunication in the field resulted in the Allied army sustaining 2,384 dead and 4,142 being incapacitated, critically and not, from airstrikes and artillery strikes deploying white phosphorus and napalm, and regular explosive ordinance respectively.
However, it was revealed that Trieuist insiders have sabotaged drones and inputted glitches and false information onto the monitors of AWACS Sky Lotus which contributed to the numerous friendly fire incidents throughout the battlefield.
Background
Drones were rendered out of service due to faulty upgrades and software bugs in
