Srinivasa Dhanaraj (Sivathran: ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ ಧನರಾಜ್), born 7 April 1941) is a Sivathran diplomat who served as the 11th Secretary-General of the Community of Nations during two terms, between January 2004 and December 2013. Before holding this post, Dhanaraj served as High Commissioner of Sivathra to Halland, Estmere and Garambura. Srinivasa entered the Sivathran foreign service at the age of 22, age in which he accepted his first post in Werania.

Srinivasa is the son of H.s. Dhanaraj, a former politician member of the National People's Party that served as Minister of Agriculture and Mining. His mother, Rekha Karanth, was a well-known Estmero-Sivathran writer and poet. Srinivasa was born and raised in the neighbourhood of Budigere Hills, Mangalore, where he attended the Anderson Lankesh School. He later assisted to the University of Mangalore, where he studied International Relations with a later specialisation in Asterian Geopolitics; Dhanaraj graduated with summa cum laude and after having done an internship at the offices of the Global Institute for Fiscal Affairs, he entered to the Commonwealth Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the age of 22. That same year, he was transferred to his first post at the Sivathran embassy to Werania, from where he started his diplomatic career. Srinivasa later assisted to the Damesbridge University in Estmere, where he took courses related to Bahian and Rahelian Studies and graduated again with the highest honours. In 1990, he was granted the highest position in the Sivathran diplomatic career, when he was appointed High Commissioner of Sivathra to Garambura, position in which he spent six years before moving again to Euclea, where he was appointed High Commissioner to Estmere and later to Halland in Asteria Superior. Srinivasa left the High Commission to Halland in 2004, after being elected as the 11th Secretary-General of the Community of Nations becoming the first Sivathran and Satrian to hold the office.

He left the Community of Nations after having served two full terms; his heritage in the organisation is generally described as positive, with several important steps being taken in order to achieve peace in Satria, end child poverty, pressure for broader women recognition and rights and the recognition of climate change as a problem to face. Srinivasa now lives in Mngalore with his spouse, Pandith Maharaj, an economist and professor at the International University of Sivathra. He now writes for the Sivathran Times and other important magazines and newspapers.
