Dvolăn is a voblast (state) of Luepola, one of fourteen such subnational divisions of the country. Its capital is Dola, and its largest city is Bosane. It borders the voblasts of Podolina and Varadna to the north, Bosunija and Jutska to the east, Sevierna Zakotija to the south, and Vosporođ to the west; additionally, it surrounds the federal-level municipality of Voitz. Both Dola and Bosane are part of the greater Voitz metropolitan area, which comprises the majority of Dvolăn's population.
