Etymology
Kerisendana is made out of two separate words. Keris (Ker-eess), this "Keris" refers to a traditional Lantri dagger characterized by its distinctive wavy blade. It holds immense cultural and historical significance in Lantri heritage, symbolizing bravery, honor, and power. Endana (En-dah-nah) is an archaic Lantri word, "Endana" means "serenity" or "peace." It represents the tranquil and harmonious nature of the kingdom, indicating a land of calmness and balance. Therefore, the combination Kerisendana can be interpreted as the "Land of Serene Blades."
The name suggests a kingdom where the strength and valor of its people (represented by the Keris) are in harmony with the peace and tranquility of their surroundings (represented by Endana), creating a balanced and prosperous realm.
