"Sheyeru" is an epithet for a mysterious group of catgirl peoples who migrated in the Tranquil Sea out of a mysterious whirlpool. Not much is known about the group, and little tidbits of their way of life come from eyewitness accounts. They have been observed as exclusively female, and exclusively composed of Catgirls. The Sheyeru have been spotted landing in the coasts of Magia Regnum, Regeliana, Koskeau, Prestore, Metamora, and Crown Royal in fleets of galleys, outrigger boats and dugout canoes and fishing and resting in the coasts of the said nations, coming into awkward contact into the aforementioned nations' fishermen and inhabitants on the coast. Their technology such as maritime vessels, tools and general outlook has been described as "archaic" and "very primitive".
