New Larak

New Larak, formally known as the Community of New Larak, is a small landlocked sovereign city-state located in south-east Lumaria, on the continent of Pelia, located at the confluence of the Great Blue and Astera rivers. The country's borders contain 1,941,875 residents, the vast majority of which live in the dense urban areas of the city proper. The state was founded in 98 AR after the fall of the Second Larakean Empire, though the city itself has a history of incorporation going back to at least 1800 BR.
