Eulabia a Nation is unitary, semi-presidential republic, where in the president is the head of state and the prime minister is the head of government. It's fundamentally structured as a multi-party representative democracy, with the national government composed of three branches:
* Legislative: The bicameral Eulabian parliament made of the 500-member National Assembly and 100-member Senate, adopts national law, declares war, approves treaties, has the power to purse and the power of impeachment of the president
* Executive: The president is the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, and appoints the Government of Eulabia a Nation (Cabinet) and other officers, who administer and enforce national and policies. The president may issue decrees of unlimited scope, so long as they do not contradict the constitution or national law.
* Judiciary: The Constitutional Court, Supreme Court and lower regional courts, whose judges are appointed by the Executive Committee on the recommendation of the president, interpret laws and can overturn laws they deem unconstitutional.
The president is elected by popular vote for a 6-year term and may be reelected once. Ministries of the government are composed of the prime minister and his deputy, ministers, and selected other individuals; all are appointed by the president on the recommendation of the prime minister (the appointment of the latter does not require the consent of the National Assembly). National Party of Eulabia is the dominant political party in Eulabia a Nation, and has been described as "big tent". Under the administrations of Oswald Mosley, Eulabia a Nation has experienced democratic backsliding and increasing corporate influence over the government and has become a corporate authoritarian state.
