The government of Seketan, sometimes called the "Hérvynsken", refers to the national government of Seketan consisting of the legislature, executive, and judiciary, based off the principle of popular sovereignty codified by the constitution. The central government of Seketan maintains a unitary state with devolved governments owed jurisdiction to the provinces of Fjeska and Wilskland.

The Seketese government traces its origins to the Kingdom of Seketan established in the 9th century. The Hérvynsken was established in 1537 after the Noble Revolt. The current government was established based of the results of the 1978 Seketese constitutional referendum in the aftermath of the Zemasy revolution in 1978.
