	Due to the trisexual biology of Kyleth citizens, traditional heterosexuality and homosexuality are nonexistent, being replaced with local terms for unique sexual and romantic relationships between people of the three sexes or other gender identities. Although hate speech is not technically outlawed, it is considered incredibly taboo and socially disrespectful to speak harmfully against people of queer identities. Same-sex marriage stands equal to inter-sex marriages as no binary gender system exists in Kyldegardian culture to distinguish the two. Non-indigenous human citizens are offered the same de facto LGBT rights as Kyleth, although their communities are oftentimes less accepting of LGBT peoples. The indigenous human Scizc peoples of the Clastoclites are not governed directly by the Kyldegardian confederate government and therefore very little is known about their romantic and sexual practices.

	Marriage is generally permitted between two unmarried adults, regardless of other characteristics. There is no hate crime law, whether against queerphobia or otherwise - although equal rights of all individuals, including those who are LGBTQ+, are protected in law. The trans community is functionally non-existent in Ostrov and trans healthcare is not offered by the health services. Foster care does technically operate, but anyone who can pass a criminal records check can get in.

	In the Lex Hominum Negotiis or Law of Men Affairs deals with both personal liberties such as speech and written, to their acts such as fighting, stealing and even sexual acts. It Article S, Section F.5, says "A man can not be tried for any sexual acts against a consenting adult whether it be Male or Female if the said person has given consent." It has only been recently that other forms of identity such as trans and multiple genders, that new legislation has been passed to protect these individuals.
