Thomas Peter Falkner GR MdR (born 2 April 1970) is a Mascyllary politician and former school supervisor currently serving as Prime Minister of the Crowned Republic of Mascylla and leader of the Rehunion since 2016. He served as First Mayor of Flussmund from early 2005 to 2008 and as Minister of Justice from 2010 to 2016 before he was elected. He is the second youngest Mascyllary Prime Minister ever to be elected into office, after Moritz von Purbell. Ideologically, he identifies himself as "a one-nation conservative with liberal tendencies".

Falkner grew up in Bahldorf and attended Sankt Huch's College, Wilhelmshagen. After graduating with an bachelor of education degree, he worked as a school supervisor in Königsreh. From 1989 to 1994, he was an intern and employee of the Maskillische Großbank, and in 1997 at the Association for Payment Clearing Services, also serving as a councillor for Dornenfeld in Merntohn. After a short and previously unsuccessful political career, he was elected as the Centre Party member of the Reichsrat for Meindenhold in the 1997 general elections. In 2000, he lost his mandate and instead served in the Flussmund state government under then-First Mayor Waldemar Petry, being elected Deputy Leader of the Rehunion in Flussmund. In 2005, Falkner secured a major state electoral victory for his party, making him First Mayor of Flussmund.

After the formation of a revived SDP-RU/ABP coalition government following the 2008 general elections, Falkner was appointed Minister of Justice by then-Prime Minister Lothar Obrecht, giving up his position in Flussmund. Following his election as General Secretary of the RU in mid-2015, Falkner was nominated as candidate for the office of Prime Minister for the 2016 general elections.
