Mantocia Airways Flight 424 (IATA No.: MA424) was an Mantocia Airways Boeing 737 domestic passenger flight from Cavio International Airport to Chatrois International Airport on 29 September 1976. It was hijacked by four Senar terrorists, including two former servicemen of the Royal Husari Division. After the hijacking, the hijackers demanded a sum of $500,000 in cash as well as political refuge in Gagium, claiming to have been informed of an impending Gagian invasion and wanting to get away from the bloodshed to come.

The aircraft was directed by the Gagian Air Force to continue along its scheduled route to Chatrois in order to continue negotiations. However, the hijackers opted to proceed towards a landing at Garbalto Landing Strip in Saint Sienia, announcing their intended route to the Gagians. At around 13:21 TBDTIMEZONE, Flight 424 was shot down by a surface-to-air missile believed to have been launched from Gagium. All but 2 of the occupants were killed in the ensuing crash.

An investigation into the hijacking led by the Internal Security Bureau concluded that the hijacking was led by Merab Tskitishvili, a former Husari lieutenant who became involved in anti-imperialism terrorism since the 1960s. Merab's body was never recovered, and it is unclear if he died in the crash.
