The deputies are elected in two different curiae - national and Parthenia-wide, allowing citizens of the Union to cast two votes.

National Curia

The National Curia, marked with the letter N (on ballots stylised as 𝒩) consists of 450 members are apportioned between member states using the Anthony apportionment method, where they can be subdivided into more sub-national constituencies, in which elections take place using the Anthony electoral method. Voters in this curia cast votes to their regional representatives, which represent the interests of their respective regional constituency. With 13 members, each nation recieves on average 34.62 seats, however, due to the apportionment method, the seat distribution follows the principle of degressive proportionality.

Based on the population, the current apportionment is as follows:

[V]
State Population Seats Remainder Inhabitants per MPP
 Almagria 47,702,401 64 0.706 745,350
 Angland 49,884,032 66 0.633 755,819
 Bogmia 12,304,654 26 0.814 473,256
 Brynmor 5,156,286 15 0.456 343,752
 Charmelcia 5,466,011 16 0.029 341,626
 Eisenland 17,724,731 33 0.926 537,113
 Leciria 10,637,713 24 0.427 443,238
 Livania 63,222,442 77 0.865 821,071
 Monteblanco 7,925,465 20 0.253 396,273
 Telekia 7,891,129 20 0.197 394,556
 Vermand 68,003,293 81 0.693 839,547
Parthenian Economic Union Parthenia-at-large 50 5,918,363
Total 295,918,157 492 8

The remaining seats not apportioned to any of the states are refferred to as "compensatory seats" and are apportioned at the time of election to a number of nations with highest electoral turnout, encouraging participation in the elections. Given how seats are apportioned, based on the equation, any number between 0 and 12 seats may be left for compensatory apportionment, depending on the population of member states. Currently, there are 8 compensatory seats. Any nation can recieve a maximum of one compensatory seat.

Parthenian Curia

The Parthenian Curia, marked with the letter P (on ballots stylized as 𝒫) consists of the remaining 50 members and is elected using a single constituency, in which all citizens of the Union vote for the same lists of candidates using the Anthony electoral method with weighted votes tallied using the Anthony voting method. Members elected within this curia represent the interests of the Union at large and as such are seen as the prominent leaders. The leader (often called Spitzenkandidat) of the largest party elected through this curia automatically becomes the leader of the Parthenian Cabinet.
