The C.C.A. has four principal organs: the General Assembly; the Security Council; the Economic and Social Council; and the Justice Council. The C.C.A.'s chief administrative officer is the Secretary-General, currently Drambenburgian diplomat Katherine von Wettin. The organization is financed by assessed and voluntary contributions from its member states.
