The '''Battle of Tonghae''' (15 June - 30 June 1940) was the first battle undertaken by the [[Zanarkand and New Akiba Army Corps|ZANAC forces]] in [[Joyonghea]] and the first inland battle following the landings at [[Samcheok Beach]], the other being the [[Battle of Taebaek]].
