Thomas Anicius, Count of Mediolanum, MC EOV (Flavius Anicius Probinus Thomas Theophylactus Georgius; b. 17 April 1984) is a Latin nobleman, patrician, and equestrian. He is the eldest son and child of Nicephorus Anicius, 3rd Duke of Ossonoba and Princess Marthe of Falkenhayn.
At the time of his birth he was thirteenth in line to the Latin throne; as of 2018 he has fallen out of the official line, though is unofficially thirty-sixth in line. He is heir apparent to the Dukedom of Ossonoba, its subsidiary titles and Life senator seat. Mediolanum is best known for his marriage to Princess Maria of Latium and two AEF World Championship victories in 2010 and 2013.
Anicius was appointed Propraetor of Ancona in February 2018.

His godparents were John Ernest, Duke of Falkenhayn (his mother's brother); and Ionna Anicia (his father's sister).

Mediolanum is an accomplished equestrian, and has participated in major tournaments since 2002 when he was 17 years old; however, he participated in youth tournaments before since he was 9. In 2005, he earned a sponsorship from Allectii, a prominent Latin-based fashion designer, which allowed him to enter international tournaments and eventually qualify for the AEF World Championship. He joined the BEA Continental Circuit in 2005, participating the most prominent tournaments in Belisaria. That same year, he won the Latin national championship in eventing. During the 2013 during the BEA Circuit, Mediolanum was thrown from his horse and was sidelined for the remainder of the year. The injury also forced him to forgo the 2014, and 2015 circuits, though resumed activity in 2016.
Mediolanum is also a regular participant in the annually-held Ludi Circenses, winning eventing gold in 2016, with runner-up placements in 2013 and 2017. Most recently, he finished third in the 2017 Latin national championship in Ostia; though he is a three-time national champion in eventing (2005, 2008, 2010). He was appointed Member of the Most Excellent Order of the Empire in August 2010 to commemorate his services to equestrianism in Latium and for his 2010 AEF World Championship victory. He is a two-time world champion in eventing, his first victory coming in 2010 and the second in 2013.

Mediolanum was in a relationship with Princess Louise, Duchess of Holbæk from 2012 until 2016.
In October 2017, Mediolanum began courting Princess Maria of Latium after the pair were spotted together in Castellum. The rumors intensified when he and Maria were seen training together for the upcoming 2018 BEF Circuit. Maria's spokesperson confirmed the relationship by November 2017, as did a spokesperson from the Dukedom of Ossonoba. Mediolanum and Maria made their first official appearance together on 8 December 2017, at the wedding of Latin Emperor Constantine XX to Princess Anastasia of Ghant. They eventually married on 23 January 2018, during a private ceremony at Holy Name Church of Christ in Alexandria, Latium. The ceremony came with no previous engagement announcement, and had a guest list limited to immediate family and few close friends.

As the eldest son of a Latin peer and duke, he is afforded the courtesy to utilize his father's highest subsidiary title of "Count of Mediolanum". Prior to his father's inheritance of the Duchy of Ossonoba, he utilized his grandfather's second highest subsidiary title and was styled as "Lord of Vipitenum". When he inherits his father's titles, Ancius will become the 4th Duke of Ossonoba, along with titles held by the current duke in other jurisdictions, such as "Count of Cesteven" in Arthurista.

Mediolanum is a member of the Anicii dynasty, and is a male-line descendant of Latin Emperor Theophylactus I Augustus and first modern Latin Consul John Anicius, 1st Duke of Beroea, as well as a female-line descendant of Latin Emperor John XIII. By way of his father, Mediolanum traces his ancestry to the Latin Emperors, as well as the monarchs of Arthurista, Burgoy, Sydalon, and Vannois; and through his mother to the monarchs of Ghant, Liothidia, Lyncanestria, Rabonivska, and the first monarchs of united Audonia.
