Clayton Weaver was a Zamastanian politician and lawyer who served as the Congressman for Pahl's 64th district in Congressional Hall from 2008 until his death in a car crash in 2022. He was a member of the Conservative Party. He served as the Minority Whip during the 109th Congress. Born in Alanis, Pahl in 1967, Weaver was elected to national office in 2008 and quickly rose through the ranks of the BCP.
On April 18th, 2022, Weaver and his personal driver were killed when their car collided with another vehicle and swerved off a steep embankment into Horseshoe Bay north of Tirzah[1]. Weaver had been vacationing with his family in Kelowna and was headed to Tofino to attend a Congressional session. Speaker Natasha Chastain suspended the session and ordered a day of mourning, while BCP leader Anthony Hill called Weaver's death a "tremendous shock".
Early life and education
Weaver was born in Alanis, Pahl, one of three children of Joseph Weaver, a real estate broker who died on October 8, 2015, at the age of 77, and the former Carol Schilleci. His siblings are Glenn and Amanda Weaver, both of whom serve as provincial lawmakers in Pahl. Weaver's great-grandparents immigrated to Zamastan from Elbresia in the late 1800s. Weaver earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bretts University in Dade, Pahl, with a major in computer science and a minor in political science. Weaver was a member of the Acacia Fraternity.

Death
Clayton Weaver was killed in an automobile crash on the Coastal Valley Highway north of Tirzah on Monday, April 18th, 2022, while headed back to Tofino to attend a session of Congress. The car containing Congressman Weaver collided with a car trying to pass in the opposite lane, at which point it swerved into the guardrail and off the rocky shoreline ledge into the water below. The bodies of Weaver and his driver were recovered by authorities.
The BCP's Minority Leader in the Congress Chamber, Anthony Hill, expressed his surprise and sadness in response to the news of Weaver's death, saying "on behalf of every member of the Blue Conservative Party, I would like to express my absolute shock to this tragic, untimely accident that has taken the life of the Minority Whip, Congressman Clayton Bell Weaver. He was a true conservative, standing strong to the ideals of our party and our nation. He was not afraid to take strong stances, but was also willing to work across the aisle. His demeanor and respect towards everyone was admirable, and he will always live on in our hearts. My thoughts and prayers go to his wife, children, and family who are mourning his loss."
Speaker of the Chamber Natasha Chastain (GLP) delivered a statement expressing her profound shock and condolences in reaction to Weaver's death, saying "despite our political differences and the often intense debates we would find ourselves in, Congressman Weaver always conducted himself with exceptional professionalism and respect towards his peers on either side of the isle. His loss is incredibly saddening, and I extend my thoughts, prayers, and considerations to his family and colleagues.
President Atticus Moreau's office released a brief statement expressing condolences, saying "while the President never met with Congressman Weaver personally, he admired his work and the admiration his colleagues had for him."
