The Grand Warden gets the deciding vote in ties and must be chosen by supermajority at the beginning of the Council meeting, or else leadership defaults back to the incumbent Grand Warden. After twelve years of leading as Grand Warden, the incumbent may no longer be elected and at the next Council meeting, new candidates will be up for Council election. |
