Jutska is a voblast (state) of Luepola, one of fourteen such subnational divisions of the country. Its capital and largest city is Rostva, Luepola's largest port city. It borders the voblasts of Dvolăn and Sevierna Zakotija to the west, Bosunija to the north, and the Oriental Sea to the east. Jutska possesses the highest GDP per capita of any Luepolan voblast, due to the high volume of economic activity around its key port.
