The Vinalian Hall of the republic is a hall located in the center of the Vinalian Parliament building in Vinalinsk. The hall connects the two wings of the building, the Senate of the union in the East wing, and the House of the people in the West wing. The hall features a large collection of Vinalian artworks, most prominently paintings, and statues of cultural or historical importance to the country.

The concept of a central hall celebrating the country was created by Minister of Culture Barech Diaiakshigildeev, in 1996. Although Vinalinsk was still in planning, the government sought artifacts and items of cultural value in 1997, to display in a future Parliament, such artifacts and items were placed on display in both capitals of Vinalia, Orlavo and Velkarichka until 2020 when they were moved to Vinalinsk when it was officially established as the capital of Vinalia. The concept was inspired by the acquisition of paintings by the State Assembly of Vinalia in Velkarichka in 1899, the so called "Vinalian artistic acquisition" bill sought to acquire items of cultural and historical importance to showcase the history of Vinalia as part of Chistovodia, such acquisitions centered mainly around the life of serfs, and settlers in Vinalia. Although it also showed items specifically regarding Chistovodian history, some items from this collection were incorporated into the hall, as they showed aspects of life in Vinalia during colonial times.

The hall has been praised for its historical and cultural importance, and has become an important part of Vinalia, and Vinalinsk. Although questions regarding cost and other subjects such as necessity and importance, as with the rest of the Vinalinsk project have been questioned.
