Case Mazeppa was the name for the 2019 Quenminese-planned amalgamation of three military operations to instigate a nationwide offensive against the FRIQ, ARPAGHARCON and the AFWCQ.

These three operations—Arrow Horse, Long Scythe II, Scarlet Crane—commenced on 2 February 2019. By 9 April 2019, the Case was a success, with the three operations completed in a relatively decisive victory that permanently hindered FRIQ's offensive capabilities and the surrender of ARPAGHARCON and the ARWCQ.
