Defektor is an Alslandic political drama television show produced by ANS since 2018. It's first season premiered on 22 November 2018 and it's second season premiered in Alsland on 18 July 2020. The show was renewed for a third season by ANS in December 2020 which is set to premiere in late 2022.
The programme follows fictional Senator Airi Kangro after she defects from the governing group within the Folkssenaat and forms her own opposition political group. Other major characters include Baaf Dam as Foeke Nijholt, the incumbent Premier, Mijke Monsma as Heikje Schilstra, Kangro's chief advisor and Laurent Subercaseaux as Rémy Demaret, Kangro's partner.
The show has been broadcast to several other countries in Euclea as well as Rizealand, Cassier, Senria, Marchenia, Satucin and Satavia. Before Season 1's release writer and creator Zweitse Roos said he believed it would only run for a single season but following Season 1's success it was renewed again.

- Anni Leok as Airi Kangro a Senator from Martiland and former war correspondent suffering from PTSD and anxiety who becomes disillusioned with current affairs defects from the government to form a separate populist political group.
- Baaf Dam as Foeke Nijholt, the incumbent Premier who creates a media frenzy around Kangro to attempt to discredit the new political group. Allegedly based off Segfriþ Fyller.
- Mijke Monsma as Heikje Schilstra, Kangro's chief advisor and close confident who is stuck in an abusive relationship with her partner.
- Peter Hassel as Rayko Rosengart, a far-right Senator who joins Kangro's political group after his expulsion from his own political group and becomes the Party's deputy leader. Allegedly based off Elsert Wassenaar.

- Skelte Schaafsma as Bern, a journalist at the Yndyk Morning newspaper who develops a close bond with Kangro.

Zweitse Roos used fictionalised versions of real Alslandic political groups to avoid political disputes or controversy.
- Our country (Ús lân), the populist political group created by Airi Kangro upon her defection is loosely based off the now defunct Alslandic Resistance.
- Social Democratic Bloc (Sosjaal-demokratysk blok) is the governing centre-left bloc which Kangro defects from, it is led by Foeke Nijholt and is based off the Progressive Alliance.
- Conservative Union (Konservative Uny) the opposition centre-right bloc based off the National Bloc.
- Democratic Party (Demokratyske Partij) the opposition centrist political party that implodes in Season 2 is loosely based off the Centre Party.
- Nation and Family (Naasje en famylje) the main right-wing party which expels Rayko Rosengart which is formed by defectors from the Conservative Union is based off the National Rally.
- Socialist Alliance (Sosjalistyske Alliânsje) a fictionalised merger of the Workers Party, ASAY and the Greens and Socialists.
