The 2023 Women's World Cup, also called the 2023 Varšava Women's World Cup, was an international football tournament contested by women's national teams which took place between 18th July through August 8th, 2023 in Varšava, Zoygaria. It was the 28th Women's World Cup tournament and involved 32 teams, of which all came through qualifying competitions at the start of the event from an original 64 national teams. In the final match, Greater Normark defeated Austrolis 2(4)-2(2) making it their second victory since the 1999 Rygerrof Women's World Cup.
The tournament was postponed for a week due to the passing of Anean female footballer Larissa Bauer, who was set to compete on her national team. The opening ceremony in Varšava included a tribute to Bauer, and the New Anean national team and Bauer's ZWSL team, the Nanaimo Current, joined hands during the moment of silence.

After having tested the technology at limited matches of the 2020 Heimdahl'ia World Cup (via private tests and public viewings in the host city of Heimdahl'ia), the 2023 Women's World Cup is the second Women's World Cup in which all matches were produced in 4K ultra high definition (the previous 2022 Ilhaveia Women's World Cup being the first). The WCO stated that at least 75% of the broadcast cut of each match would come from 4K cameras (covering the majority of main angles), with instant replays and some camera angles being converted up from 1080p high definition sources with limited degradation in quality.
