Operation Bucephalus was an Allied special operation with the objective to seek and retrieve the mythical Staff of Seleucus, an ancient weapon yielded by Seleucus IX Anicetus that has immense power to quell the Valkyria. Because of the power the weapon beholds, the operation was considered one of the most significant in the entire conflict.

The operation was planned on 10 August 2018 by The Allies after hearing word from the Gneisenau Circle that a detachment of the SS Paranormal Division discovered the final document that determined where the Staff was hidden, and are planning to head to the Middle East Federation to retrieve it. A special task force comprised of Chienphi Unit Seven, Eunjagbun, Tatmadaw Special Operations Department, FOSA and the SAS was sent in on 16 August to suppress the SS division and retain the Staff. After much struggles, the operation ended successfully on 30 August, with the Staff being held by Allied High Command.
