The Quetana Football Federation is the administrative body for Quetana's professional association football teams. It consists of 46 clubs throughout Quetana and 2 Andaluni teams, all of which compete on regional levels and the annual championship in the QFF Cup, also known as the Leite Cup. QFF controls the prize money, regulations, and media rights to those competitions. The organization's CEO is Erasmo Alvim, its director is Chico Medeiros, and its president is Brian Saldanha, all three of whom have held their positions since 2016.
