Forzia Socialistica, the Amalfitan Socialist Party (FS), is an Amalfitan liberal socialist party in Amalfi. It is the largest socialist party in Amalfi and the only socialist party in the Senate. It was founded in 1973 as the direct successor to the Socialist Party of Amalfi.
Forzia Socialistica has seen a sharp decline in membership and electoral successes since socialism's Amalfitan heyday in the 1940s. The party, under its current name, achieved a record high of 84 elected senators in the 1982 general election. It holds only 20 seats in the current Senate. It follows a programme of further defederalisation and centralisation of government by abolition of the diarchy.
