The Asterian Forum for Development and Cooperation, or the AFDC (Gaullican: Conseil de Développement Asterien, CDA) is an intergovernmental regional organization comprising six Asterian and one Sublustrian countries.

The Asterian Forum for Development and Cooperation is headed by a Secretary-General, currently Ornell Elliot from Imagua and the Assimas. It rotates every five years among the member states of the Asterian Forum for Development and Cooperation.
