William John Wilhelm Cimantal was the 5th Prime Minister of Vitosium. He is known for his involvement in the Civil War as well as being what many consider to be the first corrupt person in office. In his second term, he resigned following the result of the Civil War. He was also known for his hostility towards Beatavic, which his successor had to fix.
