He has been National Assemblyman for Secano's 5th constituency since 1996 and has served as Minister for Finance since 2011. Casey-Harel is an economist and is considered to be one of the most prominent proponents of distributism in Carloso, having written several best-selling books on economic and social theory.
Casey-Harel was born in Secano. After graduating from college, he worked for several years as an accountant.
