State of Astyria
The State of Astyria is one of the nine states of ViZion, a global republic spanning Astyria, Africa, the Americas, and Antarctica. The State of Astyria is located in Astyria, a region composed of five chief continental shelves: Hesperidesia, Ixalia, Sythith, Lorecia and Teudallum. The state covers parts of Lorecia and Teudallum and the island of L'Isola Grande, which lies at the eastern entrance of the Putin Strait (also known as the Lumcia Strait by many ViZionarian locals). The state is the largest state in ViZion by landmass.
The state’s capital and most populous city is His City, which is located on the northern coast of Lorecia. The state also has several other important cities, such as Lotton, Kirkland, Wantville, Kingsgate, Teamark, and Forks. Kirkland is the economic hub of the state and the region, and is located on the southern coast of L’Isola Grande. Kingsgate is home to the Richard Wilson Space Center, a leading facility for space exploration and research.
The State of Astyria is widely regarded as the center of Astyria, both geographically and economically. It is situated in the middle of the region, and controls the flow of the Putin Strait, which is the largest and most important strait in Astyria. The strait connects the Mederano Sea in the northwest with the Actlpacinarcticadian Ocean in the southeast, and facilitates the movement of goods, people, and military forces between Lorecia and Teudallum. The state’s strategic position gives it an enviable and powerful role in regional and global affairs.
The state has a diverse and prosperous economy, based on various sectors such as finance, trade, manufacturing, agriculture, mining, energy, tourism, and technology. The state is home to many multinational corporations, such as Astyria Corporation, Vivaj Mobile, NuHealth, AstyriaBank, and LumciaTech. The state also has abundant natural resources, such as oil, gas, coal, gold, copper, iron, and uranium.
The state has a rich and vibrant culture, influenced by various ethnic groups that have settled there over time. The state’s official language is English, but many other languages are spoken by its residents, such as Italian, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Chinese, and Hindi. The state has a strong tradition of arts and entertainment, with many museums, theaters, festivals, and sports teams. The state is also known for its natural beauty and diversity, with many attractions such as volcanoes, beaches, forests, mountains, lakes, and rivers.
